Handcraft by Creative, operating online as All In Custom Gear, produces most items after an order is placed.

Production time

Standard production time is approximately 10–14 business days unless a product page or written order confirmation states otherwise. Production begins after payment and after all required sizing, personalization, artwork, and approval information has been received.

Production timing may change because of blank-apparel availability, vendor shipments, order volume, or circumstances outside our control. Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after production is complete.

Need-by dates and rush requests

Tell us about an event or need-by date before ordering. A requested date is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing. Rush service may be unavailable or may require an additional charge.

United States shipping

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated using the order’s package size, weight, destination, and available carrier service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or a package returned to us may be charged before reshipment.

Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our possession. Contact us if tracking shows damage, loss, or an unusual delay so we can help review the shipment with the carrier.

Free local porch pickup

Free porch pickup is available at The Parks in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Please wait for an order-ready message and pickup instructions before arriving. Select porch pickup only when you can collect the order from this location.

CFHS practice pickup

Eligible Carolina Forest High School orders may be delivered to a designated practice when that option appears at checkout or is confirmed with you. Practice delivery occurs after production is complete and does not shorten the standard production timeframe. You will be notified when and where the order will be available.
